INSTRUCTIONS TO SET COMBINATION: 1. Align the dials to exactly 0-0-0-0, pull the shackle to open & rotate 90 degree counterclockwise. 2. Press down the shackle to make small hook on bottom of shackle to enter into the hole, rotate another 90 degree counterclockwise to hold on the hook. 3. Set your combination, rotate & pull up the shackle back to lock, scramble the dials.
